CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. GENERAL

These terms of purchase (the “Terms“) apply to the Customer’s purchase of products from Zipforce AB, org.nr. 559079-9663 (“Zipforce“, “we” or “us“). “Customer” (as well as “you” or “your“) means any natural or legal person who is entitled to accept the Terms and Conditions and who has a delivery address in Sweden or in the EU. By agreeing to the Terms, Customer warrants that he/she is authorized to enter into an agreement with Zipforce and to comply with the Terms.

We reserve the right to change the Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the version available on www.zipforce.se (“Website“) when you place your order.

2. ORDER

You can order our products via the website. An order placed will be answered with a written order confirmation from us via email to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Orders are binding only after you have received an order confirmation, subject to stock shortages and other unforeseen events that prevent us from delivering your order. If we have already received your payment for an order that cannot be completed, we will refund the relevant amount using the same payment method you used to place your order. In this case, you are not entitled to any additional compensation.

In the event of obvious errors in the order confirmation and/or on the Website (e.g. wrong price, printing errors, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are inclusive of VAT and in Swedish kronor (SEK) or Euro (€). Prices are quoted excluding the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is stated when you make your purchase and varies between products and contries.

We use the PCI-DSS certified payment service Klarna. The PCI-DSS certification means that all transactions at Klarna are encrypted with high security. The card details you enter on the website are therefore handled securely. More information about Klarna can be found on the website www.klarna.com. This means that valid means of payment are MasterCard, VISA and American Express, or other means of payment specified at the time of purchase.

4. DELIVERY ETC.

We send all our shipments with DB Schenker. You will receive your order at a delivery point that is as close as possible to the delivery address you provided. You must show proof of identity when collecting the package and the name on the package must match the ID. You can also pick up parcels through a courier, in which case the courier must present your and his/her own identification and provide a code that you will receive upon notification.

Delivery of the purchased product takes place at the time specified when you make your purchase (normally within approximately 1-3 working days within Sweden and 5-7 working days within the EU). Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In the event of a significant delay in delivery, we will contact you.

You can track your package through www.dbschenker.com by entering your package number, which we will send you by email as soon as your package is packed.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Zipforce applies the Distance Contracts Act. You have the right to cancel your order from the day you place your order until 30 days after receiving your ordered products. If you wish to cancel and return your order, please let us know by sending an email to Customer Support, which must be done within the above-mentioned deadline. We will then email you a prepaid return shipping label and ask you to return the product to us.

If you have been charged for the purchase that you wish to cancel or the product that you wish to return, you will receive a refund equal to the amount of the charge and the shipping costs paid, using the same payment method you used to place your order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders of goods that cannot be sold to anyone else.

6. GUARANTEE

We work to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have a problem with a product, contact us by email to Customer Support. Please include your order number or serial number of the device and what is wrong with the product and we will help you.

The warranty for Zipforce products is valid for two (2) years.

Should repair of your device be necessary, we will normally arrange this within 3-5 working days of receiving your device. If you need a replacement unit, please contact Customer Support.

Guarantees given do not include compensation for direct or indirect damage suffered by the customer as a result of operating errors.

The warranty does not cover compensation for assembly and/or other inconvenience in terms of cost or labor incurred by you to repair/remedy the bike.

The warranty does not affect your legal rights, such as the right to make a complaint.

If the product deteriorates during the warranty period and you want to use the warranty, we will do one of the following:

  • repair the product
  • offer you another product
  • reduce the price
  • take back the product and give a refund

The warranty does not apply to the items listed below:

  • If an accident has occurred after the consumer has received the goods.
  • In case of neglect
  • In case of abnormal use
  • If you have not followed the care and maintenance instructions

7. COMPLAINTS

If you have a problem with a product, please contact us immediately by sending an email to Customer Support.

You always have 3 years to complain about an original defect in a product. An original defect can be a manufacturing defect or any other defect that the goods had before you received them. A defect that appears within two years will, as a general rule, be considered an original defect. For faults that appear after two years, you must be able to prove that the fault is an original fault.

The conditions that follow from the Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260) apply. We will, of course, cover all transportation costs in case of approved complaints.

8. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND SAFETY

It is important that our products are used only for their intended purpose. It is therefore important that you carefully read and ensure that you fully understand the operating instructions and safety information supplied with our products before use.

9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

When you shop with us, we need to access some of your personal data. You can find information on how we process your personal data in our Privacy Policy.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE

Swedish law is applicable to the agreemet.

If we have a disagreement about anything related to these Terms or the products you have bought from us in general, we hope we can resolve the dispute by agreeing. If this is not possible, the dispute will be settled in a public court, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance. You can also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. We participate in the dispute resolution process and follow ARN’s recommendations.
