1. PRIVACY POLICY 

The EU’s data protection regulation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a law that protects your privacy and increases transparency between you and all providers who store data about you.

Among other things, the GDPR gives you the right to find out, on request, all personal data that a company stores about you, why it stores this data about you and how long they store it. You can also demand that the company deregister all data about you.

We only save the personal information required for us to be able to handle and deliver orders and provide you with satisfactory service. Below we tell you how we do it, and why, as well as what rights you have.

2. PERSONAL DATA MANAGER

Zipforce AB, is responsible for personal data for all personal data that you provide, and which is created by our systems, when you register or shop on the web shop zipforce.se and/or zipforce.io.

Access to personal data
Your personal data is processed by us and the external suppliers that we use to be able to fulfill our obligations to you, such as our suppliers, IT, and logistics partners. All of them act on behalf of us and we have signed a personal data assistant agreement with everyone to ensure that they fulfill their commitment in accordance with our guidelines.

3. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed by us and the external suppliers that we use to be able to fulfill our obligations to you, such as our suppliers, IT, and logistics partners. 4. SECURITY 

We protect your information in several different ways. Among other things, all transmission of data via the Internet is encrypted, computers that contain personal data are in a secure environment and organizations that have access to the data have signed confidentiality agreements.

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA ON ZIPFORCE.SE/ZIPFORCE.IO (WEB PURCHASE)

5.1. Personal information
We collect your personal information when you register and/or make a purchase in our web shop zipforce.se/zipforce.com in order to be able to fulfill our obligations to you, such as deliver the goods you have ordered.

  • First and last name (for collection)
  • Postal address (for delivery)
  • E-mail address (for order confirmations, etc.)
  • Mobile number (for delivery notification via SMS)

In order to comply with the Consumer Purchase Act and be able to provide you with good service, we also store some other information. For example, to handle the right of withdrawal and complaints, help you regarding previous orders or see and follow previous and current purchases yourself.

  • Order number
  • Invoice number
  • Package number
  • Order data (item, price, etc.)
  • Price/payment information

5.2 Storage time
In order to be able to handle any complaints and provide you with good service based on our history regarding recurring orders, we store your personal information for a maximum of 5 years, from your latest order.

However, you can (as above) let us know at any time if you want us to deregister yourself, including all your information.

6. USE OF COOKIES

We use cookies (small data files stored in your browser) to improve functionality, simplify your visit and analyze how the shop is used, so that we can make it better.

We, like almost all other web shops, use Google Analytics to analyze our business, and Google in their turn uses cookies. We have no control over Google cookies, but the information generated by your use of the site is stored by Google, including your IP address.

You can deny the use of cookies via your browser’s settings, but then the web shop will work significantly worse, with the risk that it is not possible to place an order.
