General terms and conditions for purchases from Zipforce AB
- GENERAL
These terms of purchase (the “Terms”) apply to the Customer’s purchase of products from Zipforce AB, corporate identity no. 559079-9663 (“Zipforce”, “we” or “us”). “Customer” (as well as “you” or “you”) refers to such private or a company who has the right to accept the Terms and who has a delivery address in Europe. By accepting the Terms, the Customer is authorized to enter into an agreement with Zipforce and to comply with the Terms.
We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time. The version of the Terms that applies to your order is the version that is available at www.zipforce.se (the “Website”) when you place your order.
2. ORDER
Ordering our products is made via the Website. Placed orders are answered with a written order confirmation from us via email to the email address you provided when you completed your purchase. Orders are binding only after you have received the order confirmation, subject to stock balance errors and other unforeseen events that prevent us from delivering your order. If we have already received your payment for an order that cannot be executed, we will refund the current amount using the same payment method you used when you placed your order. In such a case, you are not entitled to any additional compensation.
In the event of obvious errors in order confirmation and/or on the Website (eg incorrect price, printing errors, etc.) we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you have of course the right to cancel your purchase.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices stated includes VAT. Prices are stated excluding cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is stated in connection with you completing your purchase and varies between different products.
We use the PCI-certified payment service Stripe. The PCI certification means that all transactions at Stripe are encrypted with high security. The card information that you enter on the Website is accordingly handled in a secure manner. More information about Stripe can be found at www.stripe.com. This means that valid means of payment are MasterCard, VISA and American Express, or other means of payment specified at the time of purchase.
4. DELIVERY
We handle all orders quickly and ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery within EU is done by courier services. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days to most countries within EU once it leaves our warehouse. Tracking will be provided by the courier. Standard delivery fee within EU is €40.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order from the day you place your order until 30 days after receipt of your ordered products. If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by sending an email to [email protected] This must be done within the above-specified deadline.
If you have been charged for the purchase that you wish to cancel, or such item that you wish to return, you will receive a refund corresponding to the current amount and shipping cost paid through the same payment method you used when you made your order.
6. WARRANTY
We work to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have problems with a product, contact us via email [email protected].
Enter your order number or serial number on your Zipforce unit and what is wrong with the product, and we will help you. Warranty applies for one (1) year.
- If repair of your Zipforce unit is necessary, we will normally take care of this within 3 days of receiving your unit. If you need an exchange unit, please contact our customer service.
- Warranty do not cover compensation for direct or indirect damage suffered by the customer as a result of handling errors.
- Warranty do not cover compensating the customer for installation or other inconvenience in the form of cost or work that he has had to repair the bicycle.
7. COMPLAINTS
If you have a problem with a product, you must contact us immediately by sending an email to [email protected] or contact us at the address stated in point 11. The conditions that follow from the Consumer Purchase Act apply. Of course, we cover all delivery costs for approved complaints.
8. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND SAFETY
It is important that the use of our products only takes place in the intended manner. It is therefore important that you read carefully before use and ensure that you fully understand the instructions for use and the safety information that is delivered with our products.
9. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT
When you shop with us, we need to take part of some of your personal information. You will find information about how we process your personal data on the Website.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
Swedish law applies to the agreement.
Should we disagree on anything relating to these Terms or the products you have purchased from us in general, we hope we can resolve the dispute by agreeing. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved in a general court, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance. To have the dispute tried, you can also turn to the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in dispute resolution and follow ARN’s recommendations.
